Either the artist explicitly requested only certain images to be taken down or simply didn’t request to be banned and evazion took the DMCA request very literally by banning only all the mentioned posts.

From what I seen on Saikou's website, it is a website specializing on merchs, they claim that they worked with various artists, including cbmus.
Therefore, it can be considered a second-party source.
