I disagree with body horror, as there is no indication that her body is aberrant or that she's being distorted in any way. She's just a shrimp monster girl. Compare to post #4801553 (which I will admit I just edited to include the body horror tag. In comparison, that is normal for her (and some aquatic art is inherently creepy). I think in addition to alternate_art_design I would also suggest alternate_design and call it a day.

They all depict 2girls (1female + 1futa). Futa that is genderswapped male character. I've read the tag definition pages and according to them male to futanari swaps are considered genderswap_(mtf). There's no otoko_no_ko or feminization in them at all.
And also:
This is a genderswap_(mtf) (male to futa) not otoko_no_ko

I definitely don't think it's a tomatillo. There are a lot of plants that have heart-shaped pods, but I would guess it's a goldenrain tree since they're native to Asia, quite common, and they grow on thin, green, elastic branches like the one shown in the picture.
Does this count as a bindle?
