Her real name is never stated in the anime and she's only credited as "Saikawa Georgie" (on the official website, her real name is only mentioned in the description). I think there is some precedent in sticking to rarely used real names (for instance Kasuga Ayumu), but there should be an alias in place in these cases or some unaware users won't be able to find the character. And I was even unable to find her tag myself at first because Japanese Wikipedia specifies that her name is read "Sanae" not Nae: 才川苗（さいかわ さなえ）

Another inconsistency I've seen is that Shouta's family name is "Magatsuchi" according to Japanese Wikipedia, but Pixiv encyclopedia indicates "Magato". And still other sites uses "Magado". If anyone knows of any official sources to clarify theses names, that would help, though Japanese Wikipedia's reading seem correct to me.

I think their real name* only takes precedence if it's introduced early in the story and in a non-spoiler manner. If the real name gets revealed later in a non-spoiler way and it's fairly different from the earlier established name, I believe that's when the common name usually takes precedence.

In the case of Kasuga Ayumi, her real name was reveal upfront, just no one actually bothers calling her that.

As for the alias, I have no issue with them. I don't feel strongly either way if we use Sanae or Georgie, but having an alias will be necessary to insure no one uses the wrong tag.

The asterisk is because a real name can be debatable, such as with a character having tossed their older name and changed names (though this is more often something learned later in a series and as a spoiler).

It seems there's still some confusion over what name to tag her with. Any more thoughts on which we should settle on?

This appears in the missed searches, so might be worthwhile to put this in for those who don't remember her full name right away. Even though it's a short one-word tag, I'm not sure if a qualifier is necessary since even a simple Google search doesn't show its current search usage to be that ambiguous (unlike her mythological full name which could be any number of derived characters), but that can be added if deemed necessary.
