Could probably just do a mass update. I've never seen anyone in the western fandom even use "time staff" as a name for the rod, so the chances of mistags is minimal.
(To be fair though, I also didn't even know we had a tag for the rod as I've never seen a reason to search for it)
While it meets the alias threshold, the fact that time_staff was the tag used instead of garnet_rod probably warrants an alias rather than a mass-edit.
