There's a TON of other implications required for the other minor series, as seen in the wiki page for ultra_series, but they also need a lot of gardening too and population from the main umbrella tag, so for now these will do, since they're the tags with the most results.
While Ultra Kaijuu Gijinka Keikaku was originally a pixiv project, it also got its own anime produced by Tsuburaya Production, which is the producer for all the other Ultra Series so it clearly deserves to fit under the umbrella tag.
