EDIT: Manually tagged Marian E Carl's images.

This will automaticall add the Noble Witches tag to images with characters from the novels.

World Witches Series characters that aren't from Strike Witches or Brave Witches are tagged only with WWS, and some also mistakenly have the SW tag on them (due to being uploaded before WWS was a name)*. This bulk is meant to automatically tag NW characters with their series tags. I'll manually check later if any of those have images with the SW tag as, when I was tagging the other four main characters, only a few of their images had the SW tag on them

There's a tenth character in NW named Carla G. E. von Rosen, but I couldn't find an existing tag for her.

*Now that I've read the WWS Wiki entry, I realized some were not a mistake, but were due to appearing in the anime or movie. I'll readd those tags later, unless someone does it before me.

I already handled it manually a few days ago. I'm gonna admit that the only I made this a bulk request was because I previously didn't have time to tag everything manually and I wanted the tag to be populated as fast as possible. Becoming a builder also made it faster.
