[APPROVED] [Bulk] [Pokémon] Unalias Black and White from Touya and Touko

remove alias black_(pokemon) -> touya_(pokemon)
remove alias white_(pokemon) -> touko_(pokemon)

Black and White are aliased to Touya and Touko. This is causing Pokémon SPECIAL images with Black and White to have them be mistagged as Touya and Touko.
