EDIT: The tag implication ;d -> winking (forum #143246) has been rejected by @Hillside_Moose.

Do not use for non-animated pictures, as for still images, one eye closed is intended to cover all cases.

Also the ;D wiki is a bit misleading, because its link to "winking" also leads to the one_eye_closed tag.
