Sistine Fibel proper romanization alias

Out of curiosity if someone knows, was there any reason why fiber was used? I haven't found anything with that spelling and it doesn't make much sense to spell it like that from a Japanese pronunciation standpoint, to me at least.

Just to add for discussion sake, I noticed other romanization differences from the rokuaka website for Celica Alfonea instead of Celica Arfonia. I can leave it open for responses for people who are knowledgeable on romanizations, but I can add another alias for Celica if it'd be recommended to do so.

I added celica arfonia to the BUR. Official romanization usually takes precedence over our own, especially for non-japanese names like these.
