Thoughts on tags like palm-fist_greeting and fist bump getting the clenched hand implication too?

What's the difference between palm-fist greeting and fist in hand? The wikis say the difference is whether it's meant to be a salute but that's not enough difference for us.

That's what the wiki says. Though one hand should be open with fist in hand, but with palm-fist greeting the other hand is on top of the fist.

There's also cracking knuckles which sometimes looks similar.
