Artist commentary field on third-party sources

Should we keep such commentaries? Or is it better to delete them?

If it is reliably known that the artist's comment and this comment is useful and/or interesting, then it makes sense to leave. An ambiguous text can be protested with your comment in addition to the post.

I mean is it ok if I delete "artist" commentary from third-party sourced post? Because such commentary is not from artist. I want mod/admin opinion on that.

(Sometimes they do mention original artist tho and are worth keeping for tagging purposes)

I’d say that third-party comments that add nothing of value for us can be deleted. Whether or not a comment is worth keeping is up to you. When in doubt, just leave it.

If the image in on a primary image hosting site like Pixiv or Twitter, it's highly likely, almost a surety, that someone with a bot will add all of those commentaries back on. They did that a few months ago, and they'll likely do that again.

This makes me wonder how it is that after i delete a comment (for not needing it anymore), it doesn't entirely disappear from the comments page.
