"Munya" artist tag displays as character tag

Apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place or if there's an easy solution, but I just found the artist tag munya that for some reason appears as a character tag despite functioning as an artist tag otherwise. I'm assuming you could relatively easily convert it but I have no idea how, as I haven't seen this kind of thing before. Again, sorry if there's an obvious answer.

You can manually edit some tags' category and see their history by clicking on the ellipsis in here. If it was an old edit, a request should probably be made, but since it was manually edited a couple days ago, I reversed it.

The user probably blindly tagged the post with char:munya, which can also change the category of a tag.
