Duplicate headlight tags

create alias headlights -> headlight

Not all vehicles are designed with multiple/a pair of headlights. Thus we don't need stuff like single_headlight.
The singular tag has more than 800 posts.

Seems more natural to reverse this alias since it's far more common that they come in plurals than in singular form, especially with the most common vehicles on the site that have them. This would also put them matching their counterpart tag tail lights.

Alternatively we can simply question the point of these tags when we have less than 1k posts with either tag despite having some 39k tagged motor vehicles.

Unless there's posts of a character holding an uninstalled head/tail light, it's most likely tag padding to get a vehicle_focus no_humans post to 10 tags (i will admit to being guilty of this myself, it's basically the only time I remember to use them)
