Agreeing with you here (despite the first point, I just can't accept that for myself. Nationality shouldn't matter since you can't choose where you come from...).
To explain the last point a bit further: It seems to me that she has no real neck. Maybe I'm looking wrong at the picture, but her head looks somehow detached from her body. I normally don't really care what is exactly drawn, but this doesn't look that good to me.
I would like to know what's the matter with this particular piece. Usually, all of hankuri's art is accepted on this site. Anything standing out?

Sonic isn't a popular art copyright, and is also a western copyright with very little wiggle-room to easternize the designs without personifying them.
May I ask for feedback of these 4.

Approved the first one.
The 2nd post however has a very slim lower torso (everything below the breasts) and the shoulders are forming a w with the collarbone which looks incredibly weird. On top of that, it seems that her arms have no endoskeleton and are just a wobbly mass..
The 3rd one has the problem of bad foreshortned forearms and while it may be the artists style, the face looks very weird. Especially the nose doesn't seem to fit which is why I avoid uploading from them.

It's... not really a western copyright but that's besides the point. The image is tiny and honestly not very interesting. Twice the resolution and not quite as zoomed in and it might be a more viable image for danbooru.

It looks upscaled, with blurred details, is probably why.
