Yes, but uploading a hard translation is still looked down upon when the original is already present, even if 'policy' (forum #11423) still allows them.

It isn't, it's simply not very pretty. Also, I'd suggest not using smileys unless there's a very good reason to do so (ie. it changes the meaning in a visible way); this helps keep the quality of discussion in check.

If you have to appeal 19 images at once, I think there's a really important take away message to be had here. And it's not that there's any problem with the moderation process.

The vast majority of them were uploaded within minutes of each other. The rest are ones that were uploaded months ago, and either never were appealed or forgotten by me until now.
