Nope. It's not upscaled/upsized/whatever. Look at the data on dA, which says "Resolution: 600x600".
And that's not the right place, it's topic #10525^^.

Based upon some browsing, I came across this pool #11380
One image from the pool is already flagged for a Quality Check. I took a closer look at the others as a result and noticed that the rest were of similar art style and quality. Upon checking what we normally accept based upon tags and Danbooru's standards, I felt that this Artist's work needed to be reviewed by a third/neutral party.
It is just a screenshot from the game ditto it's child post
would something like post #2452571 (mspaint "shitpost" doodle) merit double deletion
I can't think of a single reason to keep it on the servers at all

Broken image? I get it has a transparent background, but why is everything black? The corresponding image on pixiv looks pretty normal.

Looks fine to me. It's a black line drawing on a transparent background. So I guess if you have the site background set as black it would look all black.
