Sad that such a happy family was basically cursed to never be possible. Though it's sorta funny to think about a "Happy Emiya Family" with Shirou since if the end result of the 4th War never happened then he wouldn't be an Emiya in the first place.
Say that to the Prisma Ilya manga, where Kiritsugu still took Shiro with them and the happy family exist and the Grail War is no more (but I wanna know why Sakura still seems to be separated from Rin) But what I'd really want to know... Where is Maiya? She doesn't even appear in Prisma Ilya manga...

I assume she's dead or something, it's kinda implied that a lot of the nastier stuff from the 4th War still happened, only for some reason Iri wasn't the Grail, they didn't have to Excalablast it and were able to kill Kotomine shortly after. Who knows though, maybe she's just in hiding?

I'm pretty sure the Grail Wars never existed to begin with in that timeline because the Einzberns wouldn't cooperate with the Tohsaka and Makiri families to set up the ritual. Ilya would have been the first homunculus to be a grail vessel, hence why Iris is still alive; she wasn't designed with a limited life span like FSN-canon Ilya was.
No at some point some backstory is revealed, the 4th War still happened but for some reason Ilya was the Grail instead of Iri. They found a way to stop this and sealed Ilya's origin and memories and at some point Kiritsugu killed Kotomine.

No, I remember the scene where that was revealed and it doesn't fit. Ilya's memories were sealed when she was still in the cradle, not when she was "fully grown" (or as full-grown as she ever gets).
It's kind of sad that out of the while family, not a single one has a normal life. Two of them mere puppets created as sacrifice, one drowning in all evils of the world, one a slave to a borrowed wish.

Maybe she's out running around as she seems the type to usually be on the move. That or it's her day off.
