I'm not sure if the death flag thing is worthy of Gameplay Mechanics, but I put it on anyway.

Sometimes, the couple is far too genre savvy for their own good.

Almost as dangerous as saying "Let's go eat some cake together once I'm cured". A sincere and honest gratitude is a dreadful death flag.
