Nothing here, and, probably, you're confusing yourself with some doujin where she never learn those spells to extend her life. In various official manga she states that the method used by Alice doesn't works with her, she needs to find her own formula.

As in: old/hag Marisa only exists on fanon.

Alice's method was rather unconventional in certain ways compare to what's been stated.
