I started looking for Wriggle when you said that...

I guess the faeries can be pretty small-sized (given they're fairies), but this is the first time I've seen Rumia, Wriggle and Mystia drawn that small.

Well canonically fairies aren't that tiny...(Sunny, Luna, and Star are about at Reimu's neck height)

Considering mini-rinnosuke, I think they are just drawn as fun-sized. Also, Reimu's candy sleeve is just great.
