This makes me think: does ISC have a canon ending (i can't beat any of day 10 spellcards so i don't know)? Her Last Day monologue is "If I beat these guys, I'll have nothing more to fear. I will become the new ruler!", but how does it actually ends? If she won, does it means that she is gensokyo's queen now?

I honestly hope this is the canon ending.
I wish I was better at the games, because so much characterization is in each of the games' various endings, from what little I've seen so far.

Unfortunately, nothing's further from the truth. (CAUTION: Spoilers below)
After beating everyone who stood in her way, Seija loses all of her friends and allies and essentially becomes an ostracized rebel. But since she's an amanojaku who revels in other people's hate, she's actually fine with being a loner.
If her fate will change in future works, that's for ZUN to decide.

What I got from it is that she may get a derivative series from the ending and the fact that the Touhou kanji isn't in the title of the game but is considered 14.3 in the Touhou series.
