Yuuka strikes me as more like Asgore. Friendly [sorta, at least for Yuuka], loves flowers, and extremely powerful.

I don't think there are many direct Flowey equivalents... besides Mima.

There is a big difference thought. Asgore is truly friendly and doesn't had the power to harm anyone even he is strong... Yuuka in the other hand...
