I tried making sense of this, but so far, to no avail. The best I can determine, the box says 四次之机, but I can't get any search engine results for that string, nor any clues on Wiki pages for Mizuho.

Pretty sure it's "四次元机"("4D desk"), a Doraemon reference. Of course we all know that the 4D part should be "pocket" and the desk part should be "time machine", but hey, I'd say its just a typical artist's minor mistake.

Wow, I never would have guessed that was 元. I can't read handwritten kanji very well at all sometimes.

Well, that certainly makes sense after a fashion, but I'm with gulafu; while I can usually manage handwritten kanji, that second one really doesn't look much like 元. Thanks.
