When I downloaded this picture and viewed it on my computer, I found that there was a speech bubble and the author's signature and date, hidden by the transparency layer of the PNG file. (The background color has to be something other than white for the text to be visible.) The speech bubble says "にっ!", and the only decipherable result from a translation program (Google Translate in this case) was "Come on!", which seems to fit with the artwork.

@HawkeyeNFO Late reply is about 7 months late, but it just means "Ni!", as in "Nitori", I'd say.
