I guessed the artist would use dress skirt and blouse about ten pages back or so. Instead, we get frilled skirt and blouse with vest.
As I expected though, there was absolutely no way the kid was getting a shirt or pants. I think Kouji only ever drew a younger girl in a shirt once. The artist generally treats shirts as some kind of fetish wear, since whenever a girl is drawn in one it is tight fit and the focus is on their breasts.
So I guess the artist's tastes in female clothing are a bit old fashioned.
