I should have realized this earlier, but the "hunter" aspect of this competition adds a whole new level of difficulty. Each team needs to collect two tags (and stay alive until the end) to win, but the hunters removing tags from play, which means it could end up entirely possible for one team to survive the whole time but not have enough tags to win.

They can always attack the hunters for the tags they've taken; there's nothing to indicate the tags are destroyed.

That's like suicide. 'though I suppose Plasma can flatten Reiji solo if sufficiently provoked to go all GHORRRMANDAAAAH! on his ass, provided Ruriko isn't around.

well, there will be survivor's alliance then to deal with the hunter team. dunno if that would be sufficient though.
Team 16 (Hachi/Haruna) was reaped by the Hunter. Team 15 (Murasame/Shigure) was reaped by Team 1 (Ryuujou/Yuudachi). Team 8 (Pudding/Souryuu) was reaped by Team 6 (Kaga/Shoukaku). Team 11 (Goya/Satsuki) was reaped by the Hunter.
Now to wait whether a team that have already scored one can get their score reaped by another team, and whether a team that have already scored two can get a safe payout or have to wait for the end.
