Huh. So according to abubu, this is an anomaly that has a movie appeal to a viewer, so much that they never want to leave the movie theater.
To avoid the trap, you have to enter as a group, and each individual has to have a different appeal point towards the movie (Arai-san liked Hat-kun while Fennec liked Raccoon Dog, the herbivore thought the movie was scary while the carnivore thought that it could use more violence). This disperses the amount of appeal to each individual, enabling you to escape.
The otter group wasn't able to escape because the movie appealed to all three of them equally.
...Also, even without anomalies, what kind of mansion has a movie theater?

Ah. Yes, that made sense as the otter group are basically-
Also it isnt a mansion but some sort of a hotel.
But then again... Some rich folk might had its own private movie theather.
...Also, even without anomalies, what kind of mansion has a movie theater?
Makes me think of the old SimTower game where you can have condominiums, hotel rooms, offices, shops, movie theaters, and the like in the building you construct.

Is there a Raccoon-san Mansion community group anywhere? Discord or reddit or wherever else. It's a bit hard to follow on danbooru.
Like, there's no good place to share this hilarious tweet the author made. "He started to draw pure hell because his hentai porn account was suspended..."

Oh yeah. I remember that.
Also i finally understood this one...
Welp Serval got trapped as well as well the 2 otters... The 3rd one manage to escape but since she is alone...
Yeah, those seem to be non-giant otters. No particular match for these ones in post #2645784, so they're probably generic filler characters.
What? These are clearly the exact same otters from post #3780025 and post #3780041, you can tell by the backpacks, not to mention all of the movies warp to feature Giant Otters at the end. Looking at the first panel, that's one of the ways the theater lures you in.

Yeah those are the same otters who were investigating. The one that escaped had to abandon her gear.
I can't see those two tufts in front of their ears from the angles in the image, but if that's who they are in the source then that's that.
If we look at the clock in the upper right hand corner, we can assume that they started watching the movie around 12:05. The ones that didn't watch it alone finished their movie around 1:30 which is a typical 1 hr 20min runtime for a movie. As for the otter that managed to escape, the clock shows about 3:40, but the previous panel suggest that the clock changed their movie poster at 4:05, implying that the clock looped at least once before the otter escaped. In other words, it took the otter at least 15 hours and 30 mins to escape. As for our serval friend... well... she is still stuck there and maybe watching Mecha Otters now.
Tl;dr Clock top right corner Escape times With friends: 1hr 20 min Otter: 15hr 30min Serval: Never
