Springfield: Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Codename: Bakery Girl came out in 04, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole game has a clear, crisp visual, and a new sheen of consummate PTSD that really gives the game a big boost. It has been compared to Final Fantasy Tactics, but I think Bakery Girl has a far more bitter, depressing tone.
SKK: Hey Springfield...
Springfield: Yes, commander?
SKK: Why are there combat reports all over the place? D-did we adopt a new pet? A hamster or something?
Springfield: No, commander~
SKK: Is that a thermocromatic cloak?
Springfield: Yes it is! In Bakery Girl, Mica introduced Jefuty. I think it was their most cinnamon waifu at their time, so precious, but most people couldn't read the text so they didn't get the story. But they would love her if they could, because it is not just about her struggles as a character, or her outward appearance, but she is a statement about the path of society and our motivations in how we shape the future. *raises axe* Hey SHIKICUNT! *bashes SKK's skull* TRY PLAYING ARKNIGHTS NOW, YOU FUCKING CHEATING BASTARD! YOU, FUCKING GIGOLO!
