I've done that before. Its awkward and uncomfortable for long periods of time (bend your knees so they touch your chin), but its definitely doable for most casual games. (Tetris on slower levels is probably the easiest, non-turn-based game example)

One-handed playing isn't that impressive. I once lost a Street Fighter 3 Alpha match...playing against my feet. Yeah. My feet owned me. With Zangief.
