You sure that's Miku and not Sailor Moon? It could be many skirt-wearing twin-tail-sporting girls...I don't see anything that pegs it as Miku specifically.

Ran's face is on the box on the top of the right side of the "center" shelf.

Similarly Youmu is on a box too, on the high shelf to the left of the "center" shelf. The box is in the dark so it is rather hard to spot.

If that is Youmu, why does she have frills on her shoulders like Sakuya and not so short hair?

found youmu. Actually, more than the atual youmu, it's more her caracteristic face expression.

Either that's Ran by the Yin-Yang symbol(Or another Yukari), or she might just be represented by that kitsune mask behind his head.
