It'd be sort of funny if they did somehow go this route, and each "season" of "To Aru * no *" ended up being a spinoff of the last with a new primary set of characters, diverging plot, etc.
That would certainly be a novel approach to franchising. Sadly, I doubt there's a production company on the face of the Earth that would actually spin the wheel with it...
