I think this deserves more character tags. I see Cirno, Reimu, Marisa, Flandere, Keine, Sakuya (PAD), and some other characters i can't identify.

Flan's actually on there twice, right leg has a circle sticker with her wings on it, left leg has "U.N.OWEN" on it.

At first glance I thought she was showing off her sponsors like race cars do.
