Taking into account the link given by the artist in their pixiv comment and the little research I've done (probably, card No.239; no images, unfortunately), I believe it's a Touhou character and not Original. Seems to be related to the music piece エニグマティクドール (Enigmatic Doll) from Dolls in Pseudo Paradise.
