Though i can't understand japanese, im guessing this is supposed to be a figurine of Reimu being Transported to the Gantz room, with either her feet appearing first or her feet being transfered last.
It's a play on conventions for representing scale models: ordinarily, you would expect a "1/7 Reimu figure" to be a 1:7 scale model, but this is literally "one-seventh of a Reimu figure".
The art looks slightly different than other Ao Usagi pics. Usually he uses noticeable outlines and coloring that has a sort of sheen to it. Generally I can pick out his artwork from the thumbnail, but not this time.

Curious you say that, because this is one of few times I spotted it being Ao before I clicked the thumbnail.
