Konngara is usually considered to be one of the Devas. I'm somewhat disappointed that the artist forgot her, even though I should be used to PC-98 characters being overlooked by now.

Well, Konngara is a Yaksha, so it's safe to assume she's dead. Yaksha is similar to Oni (hence the doujin) but more "ghostly", appearing in nights, foggy and such. I'll wait for a new one.
Does anyone knows what the hell happened to ibura kasen's arm? also, where can I get more info about her, she looks like a a badass char, but I havent seen her in any of the games (I haven't played 13 yet so maybe she is form there)
