No. What you are witnessing is someone going through the Wayback Machine of an artist who long nuked her portfolios, resulting in all uploads under her name automatically being a bad Twitter ID. Not uncommon, either here, to have old Pixiv or Twitter works saved till long after the artist nuked, resulting in all uploads being an automatic bad ID.

Yeah, safe to say they're pretty thrilled with recent developments.
Thank you. I came to Danbooru to check and see if any of A-chan's known devotees had found out and made something to celebrate the occasion. This is exactly what I had hoped to hear and see. I have good, warm feelings in my heart now.
Before anyone gets any funny ideas, this is from a 4-days-old tweet, and the artist has since published the much brighter-themed post #9542476. From that and some other statements on Twitter, it can be surmised that they have frequent mood swings between "highly depressed" (with possibility of suicidal thoughts/self-harm) to "generally okay".
That is to say, this alone isn't an indication of high risk of suicide... so far. But I am admittedly concerned for Raliele's mental well-being, nonetheless. Here's to hoping that they can overcome their evident case of persistent depression.
The artist disclosed that this is a girl. And according to the Pixiv tags (set by the author ofc) then she is well-endowed but concealed by the breastplate.
