Correct me if I'm wrong, but I could've sworn that Francois' Pronouns were They/Them. Yeah, they have a very effeminate appearance, and they probably are biologically female, but that doesn't change the fact that I've heard them go by Non-binary Pronouns.
So I think the 1other Tag should be used for them, but that's just me. Again, I could be wrong, and that they are a Girl, and they just didn't care to clear that fact up, but just in case, I'll leave the Tagging to the People who are WAY smarter than I am.
