Deprecate shoe removed?

Posted under Tags

BUR #14872 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

deprecate boot_removed
deprecate sandal_removed

Since no one shared their thoughts, here are some observations before I touch more posts:

Shoes_removed implicate shoes and we have sandals removed and boots removed, so I'll create high_heels_removed, maybe high_heel_boots_removed and use other specific footwear tags.

There are illustrations like post #6019211 where a single removed shoe is visible. I could use no shoes, shoes removed and single_shoe to describe it, but should I?

I'm strongly opposed to high_heels_removed (and especially high_heel_boots_removed) becoming a tag. High heels can exist on shoes, sandals, boots and probably more; creating high_heels_removed will ensure we get a slew of new posts where the specific footwear type doesn't get tagged (users adding high_heels_removed but not shoes_removed etc.).

Additionally, the concept is already easy to find. Simple searches like high_heels shoes_removed, high_heels boots_removed and high_heels sandals_removed already do the job of the tag you're proposing.

As for posts such as post #6019211, shoes_removed works just fine.

Thanks, I agree.
