Tag alias: 3dmg -> Three-dimensional_manuever_gear

For that matter, what should be the criteria to use the tag? The general rule of thumb I've been following is if the character is fully armed so that you can see the barrels or sword storage cartridges worn around the belt, or if the underlying harness and its system of belts that are normally hidden by the uniform jacket are prominent enough that they can be seen even in the thumbnail. I avoid using it if all you see is just the lower belts, as in uniformed out-of-battle pics, since the belt and thigh strap tags are usually sufficient to cover them.

Before I realized that there was already a tag, I was simply assuming that if you saw enough to be able to say "yeah, that's definitely three-dimensional maneuver gear, as opposed to some other kind of sword or some other kind of harness," it should get the tag. However, I'm hardly an expert on Danbooru tagging, so I also would like the opinions of others.
