Rating:questionable

Recently I am having a little problem to understand what should be Rated as "safe" and what should be rated as Questionable.
Explicit is pretty much obvious no doubt about that

Well, The reason of the question is that I have a friend that can't really see things Like boobs or pussy or whatever, but sometimes, when he searches Looking in -rating:explicit he still stumbles in Pretty much obvious boobs.

How "bad" is the Questionable rating? Something like intimate body showing, but no sex implicit?

Explicit is sex. Penetration of the vagina or ASS. Women getting raped, masturbation, so on and so on.

A simple nude female body is none of those.

These are questionable. (Even though truthfully, I would consider them safe.)

As long as you can't see her vagina. Genitalia are always explicit.
