SVN Down?

I was looking to perform an installation, but am getting connection refused on various permutations of the SVN address, including the one I used successfully to DL the source previously.

Is there an operational/accessible SVN server around?

It is exactly what I already post in the topic 'SVN Checkout ?' (now on the second page)

Is it a bug, or a new source access politic ?

svn co svn://danbooru.donmai.us/danbooru/trunk
