Aren't these paid? Is there a way to get these high resolution images for free from that site? Sorry if I'm wrong was just curious.

A lot of images are free to get by subscribing to a 0 Yen subscription on fantia. Anyway, I don't know how @Fenton got this image, because I couldn't access it by subscribing to the 0Yen sub.
If they were free while he uploaded them and were made paid rewards afterwards, then it's okay.
If you put https://fantia.jp/posts/2513573 in the upload page you'll see that it redirects you to that post. It was extracted by danbooru.

Well, I simply copy and paste the Fantia link into the upload page. There is also a trick to get the original image resolution by clicking on the main image on a new tab and remove "main_webp_" and replace "webp" with "jpg/jpeg/png".

But why some artists are banned? I already tried to post some images from some of these artists (specifically: Zumidraws, Axsens, Negom and Sakimichan) - of course, I didn't know they're banned artists and, on these occasions, when I found out, I gave up. But what the reason to ban artists, in Danbooru?

Artists used to be able to request to be marked as "banned", which would also ban all their posts. Nowadays this is done through DMCA
