boxers, I believe.

boyshorts is the tag we'd use for that kind of underwear.

edit: Though they may be boxers instead, given the length of the leg portion. *shrug*

boxer_briefs unless the Danbooru definition of boxers includes tighter pants. post #1603186 is a precedent for tagging long boyshorts as boxer_briefs.
