How long does the webmaster take to respond to emails usually?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Less than a day I would imagine, you can send him a dmail here if you haven't heard from him after that, his username is albert.

See where it says "My Account"? Click that.
Type "albert" into the Search users box. Press Enter.
Click albert's name in the search results.
See where it says "Send message"? Click that.
Type your message.
Click send.
