Tag alias: atarime_shirei -> commander_atarime

Both tags share images, though it appears the "Commander Atarime" variation of the name is more popular to use. Should we make the "shirei" variation an alias of the "commander" version?

I think we usually identify characters by personal names without titles. Perhaps the alias should be the other way around.

"Shirei" is the word for commander, so it appears he was referred to by his title in either version.

We'd go with the English title "commander," as we went with "Admiral" for Kantai Collection's and "Professor" Shinonome
