Why not make it an implication since it's just a specific version of the thing you're aliasing to. Also, with topic #11920 why not just make it a Bulk Update Request?
I chose to make it an alias because both tags are used so rarely. But I'll remove both requests and return them as implications instead. I didn't notice the bulk request button earlier so I didn't realize that was possible, but I will use it now.
