Tag Suggestion: Non-Sexual Nosebleeds

I've noticed that most of the posts tagged "nosebleed" are ones of sexual arousal and not of aliment or physical injury. This makes me wonder if we can have a tag to help filter out these kinds of posts with nosebleeds not caused by arousal.

I've discussed this with NWF Renim and he made some suggestions

Two different approaches can be used to try and cover it, the first would be to have a tag specifically for non-arousal nosebleeds (ie a positive tag search) and the second would be to create a tag that covers the arousal type nosebleeds (perhaps calling it "overstimulation" or something) to weed them out of the nosebleed tag (ie a negative tag search).

I'm thinking of going with the second approach since it will make the tags easier to understand for the user but it's gonna require some mass updates and hand-done tagging. Anyone else have suggestions?

The second option does sound a little better, since it doesn't attempt to lump in a subject trait, like just having a bloody nose, with a particular action and effect or visual meme, like the lewd nosebleed trope.

I like the word arousal more than overstimulation for what you're describing. Though overstimulation is more descriptive, arousal captures the idea better in my opinion, and could be a more memorable tag.

If we're going with the second approach, then the tag's gonna need a suitable name. There's nosebleed_(arousal) but I think we can come up with better ones.

Just tag with combination nosebleed injury IMO

But that doesn't cover every non-arousal nosebleed post like post #2017871 where the nosebleed is not caused by a physical injury.

Like half of the arousal nosebleed posts have males suffering nosebleeds, most of which aren't covered by the pervert tag.

Maybe leave nosebleed as is and use bloody_nose, or something to that effect, for the injury-related nosebleeds?

Anyone have an idea for a mass update command to make things faster or do we have to do it by hand?

You could try searching nosebleed and -blush or -panties or -nude or rating:s for starters or something like that, I guess..
