Does such a big throwing star has a name?

In this case I'd tag it with suspension and restrained.

It shoul be hanging instead of suspension. The later is used as a sexual-restraints position .

That could be a rack, a medieval torture device used for stretching people. Not sure since only a part of it is visible.

For the T-Head Admiral tag, does it still apply when the admiral's face is a T as opposed to the entire head?

Nope; A nurse's dress or scrub(s) dress are terms that could be (and are) used, but there's no universal formal term for what she's wearing.
Most of them here on Danbooru, after going through existing examples, are usually just tagged nurse without tagging the clothes entirely (you'd think they'd be tagged dress, but not usually), just going through the Nurse images.

Just checked the tablet wiki.
So this doesn't apply to this kind of tablets: post #2337413.
What's the right term for them? Pill?

The pill tag is currently serving as a catchall tag for all compressed drugs like that, regardless of shape, so yes. Not seperating pills from lozenges, tablets, caplets, capsules, or etc.
