[bulk] Holding tag implication

In my opinion, holding_cellphone is a bit too specific. It's covered by the search holding_phone cellphone.

I suggest aliasing holding_cellphone to holding_phone.

This was already suggested in forum #134851, a large forum post that is part of the discussion above.

The above will probably not work as intended. Order is not guaranteed in BURs. The create alias could go first, which will move both implications so that it will be "holding_phone -> cellphone", and the remove implication will not find it so that that portion will fail, and then a whole slew of posts tagged with holding_phone will also get tagged with cellphone whether there is a cellphone in the image or not.

TL;DR remove the implications in the first request. Create the alias in a second request.

Fruits are food, the holding fruit tag implies fruit already which in turn implies food so I don't really see a reason against this implication unless an alias is desired instead.

Until warhammer -> hammer and mallet -> hammer implications are sorted out, this is a no-go. It's only 150 posts anyway, garden manually for now please.

Almost a fifth of the tag is currently tagged with riding crop, and I'd be surprised if there weren't others that are missing that tag.

+1 to the holding implication of course.

Personally, I see two options here:

1. Create implication riding crop -> whip (because a riding crop is a kind of whip), and also use holding_whip for all instances of someone holding a whip or riding crop.

2. If we want, we might try to completely separate whip / riding crop. I guess whip would be for the "normal" long whips only. If we do that, I would prefer also separating holding whip / holding riding crop (the latter of which is currently an unused tag).

I'm leaning towards option 1.
