Easy. American artist, deviantart. Like albert said, people are free to upload em, but don't be surprised if they're ignored. It's just, in my eyes and that of other mods, "out of scope" for danbooru. I'm sure you disagree but so it goes.
It looks like for the next several weeks/months, I'll have to spend the time I would've been spending to upload images to danbooru, going back and hunting down artist and source for things I either didn't know what to tag as at the time, or forgot to do (or lost) the source on prior to my posting them. So, while I have to go through all that, I thought now would be the perfect time to appeal auto-deleted stuff that I think deserves a second chance.

If you want, I can try to narrow it down even further.
I didn't just grab a link to every single post of mine that got deleted, I went through them and looked at the images first and personally assessed if I felt like it would be worth troubling you guys with looking it over and considering it. There are at least a couple I wouldn't have included on this list except that they had 2+ people who favorited them.
Edit: And I always intended to go back to old ones, I just didn't do it before because my time's been (and continues to be) heavily occupied with various things in the real world.

salarta--that is seriously too many. Furthermore, I've checked the last 5 ones you posted (from the last post), and I didn't think any of those 5 really merited re-approving, so I think you'll need to narrow it down a great deal.
memegui--that one seems good by me, I've approved it. Surprised I missed it before actually since ino is one of my favourites, but judging by the time frame it may have been posted when I was away.
I'll be honest salarta, you're posting content that is relevant to my interests; as in, series and characters I like. That being said, because I like the characters/series doesn't mean I'll approve just any picture of them. Basically, I just don't feel the quality is there in a lot of the ones you post compared to a lot of the stuff that is on Danbooru.
I'm on just about every night and have seen your posts as you posted them, they haven't been unapproved just because they were missed. All I can say is just upload the best ones first, see if those fly, and go down from there rather than flooding a ton of pics of varying quality.
I started making a list of top ten, but then as I went through, I noticed some on the list have been restored.
There are some I would omit but that I think other people might like and feel inspired by, like Terra as Celes or Terra as Umaro. The thought is weighted toward the community on that end.
There are others that are screencaps from official sources offered in the best quality, and there wasn't a series of them spammed in a row; it was only one each (one of Laughing Octopus still wearing Naomi face camo, and one of Rosa from FF4... though this one I can understand not being restored because after that one got auto-deleted before, I posted another one in the sequence that got accepted).
And then there are some that I don't know danbooru policies on, nobody told me, and I'm not the type to jump to conclusions like "oh it got auto-deleted, that must mean it's not accepted here." Unless someone explicitly says, I'm likely to assume it was ignored or forgotten.
And finally, there are some that I see a beauty in for at least some aspect that I feel might redeem it (for instance, the blue rose in one of the Gloria images seems absolutely exquisite to me, and the style of the Veronica Vera ones captivate me too).
As for uploading, if I skip straight to "this is what I think is high quality," I'm going to lose track of what I have and have not uploaded, and might miss some. This doesn't mean it will be guaranteed bad ones. I might forget I have a really good quality one, or think I already got to it.
I am glad that you've let me know you're there seeing them, PoringSmasher, though I know you may not catch all of them, or that your tastes may differ from a different person who might see worth in an image where you do not.

Its a colorized vector trace of a manga panel, and its overall...meh. Its not bad, I think I have that image in my Negima folder, but its not really what I would be rushing to post on Danbooru.

There are plenty of pics that I save because they have some meaning or something to me, just like you, but I know that they may not be something that multiple other people will enjoy as much so I wouldn't upload it here, or show to other people unless I know they would like it.
You're uploading pictures that you personally like, which is fine, but just don't expect everyone else to like them.

I still, however, deeply wonder about the screencaps, because I don't see any reason to leave them out. They're each very good quality. The Laughing Octopus wearing Naomi face camo one MIGHT give the impression that it's "bad quality," but in reality, that's a crystal clear image. It was taken right as Laughing Octopus shot at me as Snake taking the picture of her, so the game graphics themselves are intentionally that way to reflect Snake attacked and hit by bullets. That's why blood's flying on the screen; it's Snake's blood.
